Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We currently offer free shipping to Europe, United Kingdom, United States and Canada.
For the rest of the world, shipping costs will be determined based on your location:
- Australia and New Zealand: $8
- All other countries: $12
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All our orders are processed within 2 to 4 working days and usually take between 10 to 20 business days to arrive depending on your location. We do our best to ensure your order gets delivered as soon as possible and costumer satisfaction is our number one priority.
Can I track my order status?
For sure, we always provide a tracking number so you can follow the delivery progress of your order. Just keep in mind that it takes a few days after the order has been confirmed and shipped for updated tracking information to be available. If you didn’t receive one, please do get in touch so we can sort it out.
What if something’s wrong with my order?
To make sure all our customers can shop with confidence, we promise to exchange the product or give your money back if the item received is not as described or it is defect. You will usually get the refund in 10 days after the claim process is finished.
